Job Description : Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include maintaining patient information services at main lobby reception. Demonstrate positive guest relations to all patients, staff and visitors. Serve as representative of Volunteer Services in the absence of Director and coordinator. Shift is afternoon/evening (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM) and includes weekend rotation.
Qualifications:
Requirements for the position are HS diploma, 1-2 years experience in similar position, preferably in a hospital, excellent communication and customer service skills (Spanish a plus) and familiarity with Outlook and Office 365.
