Position : Restaurant Polisher/Stocker
Job Description : The polisher/stocker position at The Restaurant at Hotel Wailea will assist the front of house team in maintaining stock of all glassware, silverware, and small china.The Stocker has the following primary duties and responsibilities:· Wash, polish and stock all china, glass and silverware for service.· Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.· Maintain clean service areas.· Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise.· Be ready and willing to assist with clearing and resetting tables.· Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.· Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.This position requires advanced verbal and written English communication and presentation skills. While we try and give everyone a consistent schedule, flexibility with availability is expected.
