RM / RH Support Income collation on Weekly basis Achivements Vs Target .
Collating the Day Plan from the RHs and publishing the same to senior management Collating End of the Day report and checking if the same is correct Updating RM master and sharing the same with various department for income mapping and RM mapping Arranging daily / weekly concalls Planning Events for Review and RNR RPM Support Preparing NR Portfolio Summary – Collating the NAV/CIB/Numbers Changing the RPM scorecard basis the business requirement.
Preparing the RPM Norms in co-ordination with the RPM head Resolving branch concerns on NAV/CIB/Numbers achievement and target Publishing re-KYC due for NRI non managed customers along with RPM level summary Publishing PAN due for NRI non managed customers along with RPM level summary Business update to Senior Management Collate the Daily Activity Report from the Region and publish it to Zonal Head.
Collate the Weekly Activity Report from the Region and publish it to Zonal Head and Product.
Collate the Monthly Activity Report from the Region and publish it to Zonal Head and Product.
Publish the Underperforming RM summary to Senior management Preparing a Business summary and sharing it with Business Head Branch Banking Budget Preparing the interim data cuts for the budget Preparing multiple scenarios ata branch level to arrive at final numbers Discussing the stratergy with the RPM Head Preparing presenation to publish the same to MD and Finance Allocating branch level target for Numbers, NAV and CIB and share the same with RPMs.
Collating the confirmations received from RPM and submit the final branch level targets to Finance.
Report Monitoring Monitoring BBH Report which shows the Achivement Vs Targets at the BBH level Monitoring NAV Tracker which is the branch level performance of New Account opened in the Current Financial Year.
Publish the summary at a branch level, Circle level & Cluster Level.
Updating the existing BBH report template as per requirement.
Checking the RPM Scorecard before releasing the same to Senior Management Customer Complain Tracker Collate the customer service lapse cases from regions Publish the same to Senior Management Collect and update status on this cases on daily basis.
Publish the cases which are beyond agreed TAT and follow up on closures by the regions.
