In collaboration with cross functional team members, a Schedule Coordinator oversees the installation milestone of a project’s lifecycle and ensures proper expectations are set with each customer.A Schedule Coordinator works directly with operation leaders to drive installations to completion, report challenges to the Supervisor which may prevent the team from meeting key results. The Schedule Coordinator team is considered one of the most important teams within our organization and has a direct impact on customer experience as well as corporate revenue goals.Technician Skills and Qualifications:· Time management and planning· Knowledge of Salesforce· Fundamental reporting and Microsoft Excel skills· Strong problem-solving skills· Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail· Ability to remain calm under pressure· Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously· Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed· Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills, both internally as well as with customers and partners· Extreme ownership of responsibilities and accomplishing goals· Liaising with Operations and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise· Statistical and mathematical skills and ability to apply such knowledge in practical situations when determining install durations and crew utilizationJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: Multiple Locations
