Job Description : Screen Printer – Exp. Req.(2yrs+) Are you a screen printer?Do you have an eye for details?Are you looking for a better work environment?If yes, we would like to meet you. We do not print apparel. We print high quality plates, labels, and graphic overlays for customers that make products for technology, medical, utility, military, transportation, and lots of other safety purposes.We air condition 100% of our facility. We do not use gas powered heat dryers. Most of our inks cure with UV light. We have custom venting in each room where printing, storing and mixing inks, and cleaning screens.We are looking for a full time employee to operate semi-automatic screen printing presses, manual screen printing along with the setup and take down at each print station. Most important is attention to detail. Care needs to be taken to ensure colors, materials, text, and other details are completed correctly on each order.This role requires hands on activities that vary depending on daily work load. Maintaining a clean, organized work area helps improve efficiency, and provides more value as a team. We encourage cross training in other departments for better work flow, team values, and understanding the whole process. Ability to work with and communicate with other team members is very helpful.Candidates need to be responsible and trust worthy. Regular attendance is required M-F, Full time (40 hrs/week).
