If you have restaurant serving and supervisory experience and are looking for daytime employment, we want to hear from you!Job SummaryIf you are hired for our Server/Key employee position, you will be serving on some days and acting as a Key Manager on other days. When serving, you will be paid tipped minimum wage plus tips. The Key Manager position is an hourly position, and pay is based on your experience.A Key Employee assists with daily operations of the restaurant and executes active management in order to ensure policy, service, and hospitality are being delivered to the guest. Key employees direct staff and are responsible for various administrative tasks. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Rocky Mountain Restaurant Group and affiliate companies.
