Job Description : COVID-19 continues to significantly impact our employees, families and communities. Description:Executes the Lockheed Martin strategy, in coordination with business leaders, for positive employee relations and union relations activities across the enterprise. Implements all Positive Employee Relations (PER) activities including conducting training, union organizing campaign management and onsite interventions. Prepares for, advises on, participates, and leads in matters pertaining to contract negotiation, grievance cases, and arbitrations. Represents management in collective bargaining and other matters with unions representing company employees. Leads in contract interpretation and serves as the integrator for Company and Union relations. Consults with business leaders in the areas of business strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy and planning, compensation, and employee relations and ensures alignment of organizational resources plans, goals and operations, both strategically and tactically, with those of the Corporation. Collaborates with legal counsel to ensure adherence to federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
