Job Description : About Dunzo:
Dunzo is a 24×7 delivery app that makes your city more accessible by getting the best of it at your doorstep. You can order grocery, food, medicines, send packages within the city or even use Dunzo to commute from one place to another. Currently operational in-Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Jaipur.
What You’ll Do:
Engaging with delivery partners of Dunzo, End to End partner On-boarding
Strong knowledge with Data handling (Sql and Excel).
Understand the partner requirement and help the partner through the support processes and take feedback.
Explaining eligibility criteria of various incentive schemes designed for partners and helping partners understand new products and services.
Strong verbal communication with proficiency in both Kannada and English language is Mandatory.
Atleast 6 months to 1 Year experience with Vendor Management and Partner Onboarding is Mandatory.
CTC – Upto 3.5 LPA.
