With headquarters in Vienna, Austria, Borealis currently employs approximately 6,500 employees and operates in over 120 countries.Role Purpose: § Ensures fulfilment of our promise to customers on time / in full sourced from all NAM locations§ Responsible for leading a team that executes all internal and external order – end to end (batch allocation,dispatching, transport planning – freight monitoring – cost settlement), for domestic and export businessActs as the key operational point towards the Logistics Contracting and CSOArea of responsibility § Is responsible that deliveries to our customer are executed according to customer agreements / requirements/ internal processes and in line with the agreed Logistic Service Provider contracts for the Borealis POproducts§ Ensures location order fulfilment standardization according to agreed instruction and processes§ Ensures proper monitoring of customers’ product availability and cost optimal batch allocation activities are inplace following the quality guidelines.§ Ensures dispatch administration and customs handling of the location(s) in- and outbound flows§ Safeguards transport booking execution and follow up process§ Ensures exception handling in case of transport capacity imbalances / conflicts or LSP operational issues§ Safeguards single shipment spot sourcing within the team in line with segregation of duty rules§ Ensures loading slot booking and actual loading pro-actively§ Is responsible for pro-active follow up of customer deliveries§ Safeguards correct costing / invoicing of freight services§ Drives and coordinates operational process improvements between§ Delivery of a qualitative execution of the end-to-end delivery, transport and freight cost settlement process,with focus on customer service excellence – also covering reverse logistics§ Local order fulfilment quality and effectiveness§ Legal compliance of order fulfilment processes§ Local benchmarking and best practises§ Location order fulfilment organisational set up§ Selection of alternative order fulfilment scenario to secure seamless processRequirements: Education § Bachelor degree (business/logistics oriented education) minimum 5 years’ experience (preferably within the Supply Chain area)§ English: advanced knowledge, spoken and writtenExperience § Minimum 5 year experience (preferably in business or supply chain area)§ Basic knowledge of Supply Chain processes with expertise in order fulfilment area (transportation, supplyplanning, dispatch handling and sales order execution)§ Computer skills, MS office applications and preferably SAP§ Excellent influencing skills§ Communicative, dialogue engaging, inspiring, motivating and setting direction for team members§ Change management skills§ Process oriented§ Excellent internal and external networking capabilities§ Stress resistant§ Computer skills, MS office application, ERP knowledgeBorealis Compounds offers an extensive and competitive benefits package that includes but is not limited to:Paid vacation, sick and personal time13 paid holidays4O1K match of 6%Incentive plan and profit sharing planEmployee Assistance ProgramsTuition reimbursementWe are an equal opportunity employer.Except where prohibited by state law, all offers of employment are conditioned upon successfully passing a drug test and background check.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 – $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programFlexible scheduleFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
