Position : Ticket Taker and Guest Services
Job Description : The Chihuahuas are looking for ticket takers and guest services representative for our games and events starting in March and ending in late September . Our schedules start at 5pm and go until the games end Monday through Sunday as per our home game schedule.
Responsibilities
Greet guests and scan tickets
Handle customer service issues that may arise
Work as a back up for ushers and other service level positions in the stadium
All seasonal employees who work for the Chihuahuas must be able to work most if not all of our games. Please check our schedules to ensure this is possible. Further, all employees must be able to pass a background related to both criminal and sexual offense history.
