FCS is a licensed security agency in multiple states across the country.Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing/enforcing violators of policy and procedures, looking out for trespassers.Crowd control for emergencies, such as medical/fire/disastersCompletes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnessesInspect and patrol premises regularlyMonitor property’s entrance/exitsAuthorize entrance of people and vehiclesSecure all exits, doors and windowsMonitor surveillance camerasRespond to alarms/emergencies/suspicious activities in a timely mannerProvide aid to people in needKeep mental alertness and attention to detail high, no matter the circumstances.Provide the customer with an experience that will always be remembered and with the highest level of responsiveness.Project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor.Maintain a work environment of cleanliness and organization.Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency, to assist.Serve as information liaison to Manager.
