Job Description : COMPENSATION$8,000 per month SALARY + $4,500 – $9,000+ per month COMMISSION ($150,000 – $200,000+ per year)Work / Life Balance – 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday (Skip rush hour traffic), 9am – 7pm Saturday. We believe in sustainable growth with strong fundamentals.ABOUT THE POSITIONAs a Vehicle Acquisition Buyer, you will be the face of CarHeroes and a seller’s first experience with CarHeroes. You will have the freedom to buy inventory, appraise vehicles, drive awesome cars, and buy more cars. You’ll also have a lot of visibility, great opportunity to learn and grow!WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGThis position is responsible for purchasing vehicles directly from the public, buying “off the street”, and coordinating the pickup of purchased vehicles from private sellers. As a Vehicle Acquisition Buyer, you will:Evaluate and negotiate current market prices, understand and assess vehicle damage and subsequent costs involved with the damage, and make financially sound purchasing decisions for the company.Assess and prepare customer appraisals including the determination of a CarHeroes written offer for vehicle appraisal.Frequently interact with sellers in 3rd party messaging, by phone, text, and in person.Frequently close sellers on CarHeroes appraisal and offer.Coordinate with private sellers the pickup of vehicles purchased from private sellers.Accurately complete customer paperwork.WHAT THE JOB REQUIRESTo be able to do your job at CarHeroes, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.Make independent judgments regarding important business decisions involving the purchase of CarHeroes vehicle inventory.Make detailed financial decisions within strict timeframes, and retain crucial information regarding the retail and wholesale vehicle market.Multi-task in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment.Demonstrate solid communication skills with both internal and external customers. This entails speaking and listening effectively during interactions with private sellers and our customers.Demonstrate effective analytical skills, often times involving statistical management while making quick decisions about vehicles.Understand the retail automotive market, auction sales and trends, pricing, high volume and high gross model, and reconditioning costs.TOP PERFORMERS ONLYStrong organizational, detail-oriented, problem solving, leadership, and communication skillsPassion, Growth, Motivation, Belief, and Faith are essential.
