Job Description : HIRING IMMEDIATELY Picker/Packer Openings – Temp-to-Perm OpportunityJob Duties: May be required to receive packaging products into production area.Unpack and organize bulk product.Prepare product for packaging by weighing and inspecting each item.Carefully position product in packaging for safe and clean transport.Accurately and safely operate machinery to package product.Complete thorough inspection of finished packaging for quality assurance.Must be able to meet production schedules and goals as required.Must be able to adhere to quality control standards.Strictly adhere to sanitary and hygiene standards.Requirements: MUST be able to work in 40-45 degree temperatures for long periods of timeMUST lift and carry 40+ pounds short distancesMust be able to use a manual and/or electric scale to accurately weigh product portions.Ability to work standing up and moving around during entire shiftEvery employee is a safety officer and has a duty to maintain a safe work environment.Good attendance is a condition of employment and an essential function of this job.Schedule: Night Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45PM-11:30PMDay Shift: Monday-Friday, 6AM-2PMOccasional overtime on weekendsJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $11.00 – $12.00 per hourSchedule:10 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftOvertimeExperience:General Labor: 1 year (Preferred)production: 1 year (Preferred)Location:Jacksonville, FL 32244 (Preferred)License:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:NoWork Location: One location
