If you share our vision of improving the lives of patients who suffer from chronic pain, then you may well be a perfect fit.Warehouse SpecialistThe core task is to prevent supply disruption, improve the turnover of inventory funds, improve customer satisfaction in logistics. Ensure that the daily functions and procedures of warehouse run smoothly and efficiently. Fulfilling orders, packing items for shipment and arranging delivery pickups are daily duties. You will be responsible for the loading and unloading of material and products, as well as verifying the quality of items received against production order.Responsibilities:· Set reasonable inventory level based on sales projections· Handle orders and shipments accurately, and optimize the delivery time to meet customers’ expectations· Process, pack, and ship all orders submitted before 1pm accurately· Verify markings and assigned numbers on materials and items· Prepare and verify shipping documents· Perform physical verification of inventory· Check quality and condition of items in warehouse· Provide weekly inventory information to sales staff to move products in inventory· Implement safety procedures and standards in warehouse· Keep the warehouse premises clean and neat· Maintain, manage and update inventory controls· Design and implement best practices in warehouse operations· Stay in constant communication with managementQualifications:Knowledge: College degree or aboveProficiency in Microsoft Office· Strong data analysis skills, communication skills, organization and coordination skills.· Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines· Exceptional customer service skills· Basic understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory control, and Profit and Loss· At least two years relevant working experience· Successful completion of compliance requirements such as criminal background check and drug screenPhysical demands:· Must be able to lift 40lbs· Handle loading and unloading operations· Handle pallet jack and other tools and equipment in warehouse operationsJob Types: Full-timeSalary: 40,000USD- Star Candidate salary is negotiable depending on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Peoria, AZ 85382: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
