Position : Wellness Advisor – Jamestown Dispensary
Job Description : Our mission at Jamestown Dispensary is that Cannabis is Medicine for our customers and clients. We pride ourselves on the personal and professional development of all team members.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Greet all patients, customers, guests, and visitors in a warm, sincere, and respectful manner that builds and maintains a high level of integrity and trust.
Verify customer’s allotment, purchase limits, and eligibility to make purchases.
Secure management of patient records through the use of a POS system, Treez, and Biotrack.
manage multiple clerical duties including typing, calendaring, answering phones on multiple lines, and routing calls accordingly.
Adhere to all company, department, Medical Cannabis, and AZ Medical Marijuana Act regulations.
Assist patients, and customers with selecting the right products according to their ailments and conditions.
Participate in continuing education and professional development.
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age.
Two years of direct customer service experience required (luxury retail experience preferred).
Ability to focus in busy environments both inside and outside the store.
Strong organizational skills required to maintain multiple customers and projects at once.
Experience with multiple software applications including POS system, Microsoft Office, and cash registers.
Maintain active Dispensary Agent Registry Identification cards.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
