Job Description : Position Requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance with a Polygraph.

The Customer is an IT-oriented office which aims to revolutionize analysis by creating and supporting tools that enable analysts to find relevant information more effectively and to identify connections in data. The Customer seeks support for its jointly-developed search and discovery applications, which involves constant collaboration with the Customer’s IT partners and users of the applications to ensure the full range of user needs are captured and managed. In particular, with the following work requirements, the Customer seeks to transform user needs and processes into software requirements and to provide training related to the aforementioned applications.

WORK REQUIREMENTS
Training
• The Contractor shall support the design, development, and delivery of regular training classes for the Customer’s enterprise search and discovery applications.
• The Contractor shall attend regular team meetings to discuss ongoing application updates and improvements.
• The Contractor shall consistently seek out and pass along application user feedback.
• The Contractor shall provide application user troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• The Contractor shall provide briefing and demonstration support as needed.

Estimated Salary:
Position Level: Level 1 – Subject Matter Expert
Salary Range: Up to $215,000.00 per year

B4Corp Estimated Salary Ranges:

Level 1 – Subject Matter Expert $160,000 $215,000
Level 2 – Expert $140,000 $195,000
Level 3 – Senior $110,000 $170,000
Level 4 – Full Performance $60,000 $100,000

Mandatory Requirements:

• Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the design, development, and delivery of training classes.
• Demonstrated experience providing briefings or software demonstrations.

Optional Requirements:

• Demonstrated familiarity with the Customer’s search and discovery applications and analytic workflow processes.
• Demonstrated experience conducting application adoption activities with Customer and its partners.
• Demonstrated experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation.
• Demonstrated strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications and training, or work experience.
