Under general supervision, this position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and the department. Employees in this classification perform complex administrative and non-routine clerical-level work. Work includes responsibility for preparing correspondence and reports, arranging for meetings, assisting with budget preparation, processing and tracking financial data, providing customer service and preparing Town Council packet materials. Performs duties in a manner consistent with the stated values of the organization.Qualifications generally include an Associate Degree in Business Administrative Support or a related field supplemented by three years related progressively responsible experience that includes customer service; or any equivalent combination.We value teamwork, quality communication and work life balance.
