Job Description : We are looking for a detailed oriented Administrative Assistant with a positive/can do attitude to assist in general office administration to the Branch Manager. We are considering this position as ‘part time plus’ (20-30 hours per week) being that it is a new position and responsibilities will grow as you are trained. Growth potential and potential for full time work is likely for the right person. This position would be responsible for general office clerical needs; answering phones, responding to client emails as needed, organizing and delegating as needed, light AR/AP processing, and additional duties as needed in relation to a smooth running office. Experience in the following is must: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong multi tasking abilities. Detailed oriented. Excellent/Exceptional customer service/communication.
