Duties include but not limited to:
Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.
Performs team member service support functions by answering team member requests and questions.
Maintains I-9 documentation.
Assist with the new hire paperwork process from offer to completion including copying, assembling, and mailing new employee packets and following up on outstanding paperwork; prepares new team member files.
Interface with outside staffing agencies regarding temporary staffing needs
Facilitates pre-employment drug screenings and submits new team member background checks.
Updates HRIS system with team member change requests and processes paperwork.
Assists with processing of terminations.
Maintain time and attendance controls for payroll; prepares hourly payroll data for processing.
Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Assists or prepares correspondence, including policy reminders.
Reconcile AP to Purchase Orders.
Perform full-cycle AP processing; enter and process invoice orders; generate A/P Research any AP issues.
Maintain accounting records; assist in reconciling GL accounts; assist with quarterly reporting.
General clerical tasks, such as filing AP and AR documents
Perform full cycle AR duties, be able to research any issues
Answer telephone inquiries; takes and relay messages and greets visitors.
Process and sort mail. Including pick up from post office
Assist the controller in any other office duties, back up for production and inventory process.
Assists with the team member recognition and team building events.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Total compensation

Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Minimum two years of related experience and/or training is required.
Strong Computer skills in MS Office Suite, primarily Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Human Resource systems is a plus.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
