Analyst – General Consultant
Candidate will assist the Training Team in advising clients on establishing, maintaining, and implementing a robust training plan and curriculum for stakeholders of a global system of health information technology. Candidate will also assist in real property management at Operations Center.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities: Assist Project Manager and Training Team Lead, as requested, in any aspect of program support.
Assist senior trainer and other program staff to develop, maintain, and implement training plans for all levels of program stakeholders.
Serve as associate trainer for all program training sessions.
Manage training work products, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables prior to submission to the clients.
Work with senior trainer, client program leadership, and project managers to support the transition to healthcare market structure.
Develop weekly/monthly/annual and ad-hoc reports.
Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Support and coordinate with various project teams with deliverables as needed.
Monitor learning management system and report user progression to government leadership to track performance metrics.
Provide multimedia support and communication between Branch and Military Treatment Facility.
Engage in cross-team collaboration, as needed.
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing property management functions of collaboration office space and responding to all tenant/guest issues.
Other Duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field identified. Work experience may substitute for education.
1-5 year’s experience working in a professional setting with clients. Department of Defense or similar federal civilian agency client experience preferred.
Experience facilitating end user training and/or “train the trainer” sessions for stakeholders.
Strong skills in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to obtain security clearance (although a clearance is not necessary).
Occasional domestic and international travel required.
DAWSON gives preference to candidates with prior Defense Health Agency (DHA) contracting experience. If no candidate meets those qualifications, candidates without DHA contracting experience will be given consideration.
