Average Pay: $95,000 – $120,000 (salary + quarterly bonus)

These metrics are executed through our Kobe systems and procedures and are checked by our Audit and HO system.
The Area Manager role is responsible for overseeing their area’s execution of the Kobe system and procedures.
They are knowledgeable of every department’s procedures and are skilled at directing the store’s General Manager and Assistant Managers on how to properly train new staff as well as identifying operational weaknesses and fixing the weaknesses through re-trainings.
They are equipped with feedback from Audits on issues that need attention in their area.
They play an important role in offering critical feedback from operations on any systems and procedures that need revision.
They may serve as an acting General Manager at their primary store and oversee other stores’ management team.
Area Managers assist their Director of Operations in ensuring that the Management staff in their area is performing up to Kobe standard by coaching the management staff on leadership, management skills, and operational efficiencies.

In addition, the selected candidate will maintain the integrity of menu items, adherence to recipes and level of hospitality. A positive attitude and strong management experience is required.

Job Requirements:
Prior Experience of 2 to 4 years Full Service/Casual Dining experience and a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role is required.
