The Role Responsibilities
PURPOSE
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is transforming its Source-to-Pay and Risk Management capabilities through becoming process driven. The Process Manager will be accountable for supporting the relevant Global Process Lead to:
develop and maintain all process change documentation and appropriate metrics
facilitate Voice of Customer and defining user stories and pain points
contribute to process design and driving improvement initiatives
collaborate with SCM Content Management team to drive effective change
The Process Manager will also be expected to participate in any appropriate squads alongside their relevant Global Process Lead to help drive transformational change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
work closely with Global Process Leads to finalise and implement future state processes
develop and maintain end to end process maps, DOIs, system architecture and taxonomies
create and maintain all process change documentation
provide support and facilitate stakeholder engagement to define business requirements
support to Global Process Leads to manage product backlogs
creation, tracking and reporting against logged JIRA
collaborate with other Process Managers and Change Managers (SCM Content Management Team)
upskill the SCM CoE Helpdesk and wider SCM Operations on all process change
contribute to process design
document and maintain relevant systems logic
writes user stories based on business requirements and maintains central repository
develops appropriate metrics and drives measurement

Our Ideal Candidate
Expert process knowledge and/or experience across SCM/Risk
Experience of delivering change either within or outside SCB
Demonstrable ability to develop trusted relationships with the stakeholders with differing requirements to build consensus and prioritise delivery
Track record of change management disciplines such as Agile, Process Mapping (ARIS), Process Design, use of JIRA, User Acceptance Testing, MS Office and working with Data
