Job Description : PRIMARY PURPOSE: To help provide a range of personalized services and unique experiences for hotel guests during their stay.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Kaimana’s Beach Club Concierge assists guests with a variety of needs, focuses on helping guests save time, and ensuring that things are as convenient and pleasant as possible throughout their stay.Assist in activities under the Kaimana Club program, hotel amenities, and activity recommendations.Must uphold company culture of fun, passion and quite simply, “happy and spirited” hospitality at all times.Warmly welcomes, greets, and escort hotel guests upon arrival.Understand all policies and regulations of the property, beach, and surrounding areas, and be able to explain them pleasantly to guests. (ie. smoking is prohibited by law at all Oahu beaches)Warn guests of inclement weather, jellyfish warnings, and other unsafe areas.Adheres to safety, security procedures, and sanitation rules.Help and assist with the responsibilities of Beach Club Host – set up beach equipment (chairs, towels, boards, etc.). Make sure beach equipment neat and tidy in one place.Pick up loose trash and sweep beach access to keep area free of sand and debris.Contact lifeguards and management in case of injury to guests, whether those of a first-aid nature or a major emergency requiring a call 911.Know where the first-aid kit is kept.Prepares pre and post arrivals information and events to guests..Assists in the requests that come thru Ivy (text system) and responds in a pleasant and timely manner.Provide superior customer service and be safety oriented.Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Guest Services, Guest Experience Supervisor, and/or Guest Services.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekend availabilityExperience:Customer service: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:Day Shift (Required)Work Location: One location
