Job Description : ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRun billing reports to identify what needs reviewed or processedReconcile incoming vendor invoices to load information to ensure all documentation and rates are correctVerify all customer requirements are met for invoicingProcess and post invoices in our softwareCommunicate to our agents or the vendors via email or phone regarding discrepanciesCommunicate with our Accounts Payable Dept. and Agents regarding possible claims or vendor issuesPick up mail from the post officeManage and maintain incoming original documentsCommunicate with team lead on daily timeline for assigned tasks to ensure the Billing Department is reaching the daily/weekly deadlinesAdhere to daily and weekly deadlines outlined by supervisorField incoming emails or calls to our Billing Dept regarding various requests/issuesPREFERRED SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated in order to maintain daily/weekly goalsStrong customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and time managementExtremely detail orientedAbility to handle fast paced environment**Hybrid working environment available after a waiting period.Job Type: Full-timePay: $36,000.00 – $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurancePhysical Setting:OfficeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:We are currently working with a limited staff in the office due to COVID-19.
