Job Description : Devfuzion is looking for a Full time Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting requirements. This person will be responsible for the bookkeeping, inventory management, monthly reconciliation as well as creating and analyzing financial reports supporting internal departments and external CPA.Pay based on experience. This is a Full Time Position working in office.Position ResponsibilitiesLearning our Accounting SystemGoing through customer accounts to make sure contracts are correctRecording and categorize transactionsInventory management and reconciliationWork with external CPA and provide data needed to create financial statements, including monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statementsComplete internal audits to ensure accuracy and detect discrepanciesCollecting payments and bill payOrganize monthly AP and ARCreate automation in system to create efficienciesAd-hoc duties as neededPosition RequirementsDegree in accounting, finance, business, or other related fieldsMinimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in the accounting industry, including accounts payable and receivable and general ledgerMust be proficient with spreadsheets, inventory, and database software utilizationProficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft OfficeExcellent judgment, self-management, discretion, and problem-solving skillsHideJob Type: Full-timePay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Kennewick, WA 99336: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Associate (Preferred)Experience:Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)Accounts payable: 1 year (Preferred)Accounts receivable: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
