Job Description : Growing industrial parts distributor is looking for an Distribution/Branch Manager to join their team. The company is in the distribution and manufacturing services industry for the oil/gas, refining, and industrial industries. The Distribution/Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the distribution branch. As a senior member of the team he/she will also carry the responsibility of leadership, by creating an environment rich culture where best actions, creates the best results. This includes but is not limited to process development, creating & monitoring procedures, training and creating an overall customer/market based work place.Responsibilities:· Responsibly for all operations, administration, quotations, warehousing, sales and customer support.· Identify, strengthen and build the necessary team for meeting corporate objectives and long-term regional success.· Develop & maintain an internal customer first environment.· Coordination of all quotations, pricing and customer follow up and feedback.· Budgeting & managing of all long term strategic and day to day requirements.· Manage/Maintain corporate requirements such as but not limited to;Ø Inventory ControlØ PurchasingØ AR/APØ Quality AssuranceØ ITØ Staff duties & responsibilitiesØ Employee evaluationsØ NCR’s/RMA’sØ Safety, housekeeping & general maintenanceØ Customer Support, Brand Marketing & Sales Direction· Support Senior Management in product development and customer sales support.· Monthly reporting to include requirements & needs for the internal operations continuous improvement and long term success.· Employee leadership, development and training.· 100% customer service and satisfaction for all USA branch operations.Qualifications:· Post secondary education from an accredited University is preferred.· 5-7 years direct industry experience in the Oil & Gas/distribution/manufacturing segment.· Experience in managing multiple initiatives and managing direct reports.· Strong motivational and interpersonal skills.· Ability to create a team building self sufficient environment.· Problem solver with a proven track record.· Strong communication skills.· Self motivated and detail oriented.· Business management background.· Qualified and experienced with MS-Office and all facets of Excel, Word & PowerPoint.·Job Type: Full-timePay: $110,000.00 – $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:San Diego, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:branch management: 8 years (Preferred)aerospace parts or industrial parts: 8 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
