Complete opening and closing procedures
Reset escape room(s) for each booking
Provide stellar customer service to every guest
Greet guests, review safety guidelines and set the stage for every escape room
Monitor each escape room booking, provide clues when prompted
At the conclusion of tours, interact with customers, take photo of group
Invite customers to provide feedback about their experiences
Learn basics of troubleshooting escape room technology and game flow
Master all escape rooms, including puzzles and game flow
Starting wage is $13 and hour with a $1 an hour raise after you demonstrate room mastery.
