Job Description : firstPRO is hiring a Business Analyst for our client in Camden, NJ. This role is a 12+ month contract and can be 100% remote.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with business users, IT business analysts and IT development resourcesAnalyze and document AS IS and TO BE business processes for an enterprise CRM migration project.Produce inventories of APIs and interfaces,Perform data mappingParticipate in various QA and testing activities as the project progresses.Participate in the inventorying and AS IS analysis of numerous interfaces and web servicesSkillsStrong technical CRM business analyst experience in an enterprise environmentMS Dynamics CRM and/or Customer Service experience preferredExperience working directly with business users to gather/validate business requirementsStrong understanding of Interfaces and Web ServicesExperience working with databases and writing SQL statements for analysis purposesStrong technical and functional documentation skillsProvide basic project coordination including scheduling and facilitating meetingsAbility to prepare status and report progress to managementJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
