Position : Call Bank Patient Services Specialist I – UTMB Angleton Women’s Healthcare

Job Description : In this role, you represent the voice of UTMB by creating a nurturing, competent and confident atmosphere for all callers. You skills in determining caller’s needs while maintaining a seamless atmosphere for the caller regardless of the need to navigate through functions and departments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree and no experience or High School or equivalent and 2 years customer service and/or clerical experience.

SALARY RANGE: $15.38 – $23.08/hr, commensurate with experience.
