Job Description : Local organization seeking a Case Investigator/Phone Interviewer!
Job Duties:
Conducts in-depth interviews and investigations
Gathers information and collects accurate information
Provides specific instruction and makes appropriate referrals to support services
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be flexible, organized and utilize great interviewing techniques
Must have good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
Must be able to comply with policies and procedures, including confidentiality, data security, and handling sensitive information
Must be able to pay attention to detail in documentation and data management
Must be proficient in general office computer skills, video and audio platforms
Must pass a criminal background check and meet all employment requirements, including TB and drug screening
Pay: $23.54/hr
