Job Description : & Responsibilities
Intake of presentation and graphic design requests; ensuring quality, timeliness and overall client satisfaction
Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs and documents in accordance with specifications, using a variety of high-end graphics applications
Manage and prioritize multiple deadlines, functioning independently with limited work direction
Ensure JPMorgan Chase’s brand integrity while meeting our internal clients’ need for creative, professional, high-quality and cost-effective graphic materials
Create/edit/modify materials and become an expert in the Microsoft Office suite
Receive feedback and apply this to continuous improvements in quality output, develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence
Develop knowledge of deal process and banker roles in the interest of improving understanding of document requirements and of providing customer service excellence
Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, within the context of continuous improvement of quality and service. Maintain a consistently high level of job accuracy and efficiency
Develop understanding of global GCFO organization and PPS teams and colleagues
Follow established job tracking and completion process utilizing GCFO’s Workflow Exchange (WX) tool
Understand JPMorgan performance process, including the core values against which all staff are rated. Take ownership of performance and seek to excel in these areas wherever possible
Maintain performance within established team procedures and policies, including adherence to the team’s attendance and lateness policy, submission of time worked through the appropriate tool before the given deadlines, and following print security and physical access procedures

Graduate in any discipline.

qualifications

Diploma in Graphic Design ( preferred ) and proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)

Experience in Graphic Designing, Info Graphics Creation, Motion Graphics (preferred).
Along with Advance Graphics, some additional exposure to Presentations, desktop publishing, word processing, data entry or secretarial practice preferred
and skill sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with staff at all levels
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite-InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a must
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Positive attitude, professional, diplomatic and approachable by teammates
4-6 years professional experience in presentation design support at a corporate level
Experience and understanding in design concepts, visual communication and infographic storytelling
Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range or varied styles and techniques
Excellent presentation and layout skills
Adaptability / Flexibility
Ownership and Initiative
Ability to multi-task
Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to proof own work
Shifts: Open to work flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
