Job Description : Our top Queens commercial real estate client has acquired many new properties and need solid commercial property managers asap!Responsibilities: Commercial Property ManagerChecking of the commercial properties on a recurring basis for high end clientele. noting safety, security and much moreThis person will work on a Class A Life Science building. Great benefits, long term growth opportunity.Scheduling and securing a contractor to do repairsMake changes accordingly in Excel and Appfolio databases.Overseeing common area issues and finding and procure contractor to perform work.Monitor cleaning of areasInsurance inspectionsome capital improvement projects duties as neededManage the operations of the buildingFormulate and manage budgetOversee collection property fees from ownersReporting the property’s financial statusInspecting property and arranging for repairs and new materials as required.Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security etc.RequirementsNeed someone with 8-15 years experience.
