Position : Concrete Finisher/Form Setter

Job Description : We are looking for an EXPERIENCED concrete finisher and form setter with at least 5 years of experience to perform the following tasks:-Repair, replace, and maintain sidewalks, curbs gutters, storm catch basins, wheel-chair ramps, and drive aprons.-Levels the top surface of freshly poured concrete on floors, walls, ceilings, or sidewalks;-Operate a power vibrator to compress the concrete;-Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure the surface of concrete, waterproof, damp-proofing, and restore concrete surfaces-Installs anchor bolts, steel plates, and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete-Removes deteriorated or broken concrete to prevent hazards on sidewalks, curbs, and gutters or drive aprons; and prunes roots that damage concrete;-Removes and replaces sprinkler systems;-Concrete repair-Concrete demolition-Concrete placement and finishing-Formwork / carpentry-Rebar replacement-Caulking-Expansion joints-Coating application-Form setting-Rebar-Perform other essential duties as assigned.Must have a vehicle and toolsJob Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract (depending upon final agreement at Employer’s discretion).Pay range: $20.00 through $48.00 per hour (Pay is based on experience, abilities, skills, terms of the contract and final agreement at Employee’s discretion)Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, TemporaryPay: $20.00 – $48.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftOn callWork Location: Multiple Locations
