Job Description : Location of employees must be within driving distance of either office in Scottsdale AZ but this is a work from home position.About usBonVoyage Accounting LLCJob Description: Position is remotely however, the training and quarterly meetings are in person thus MUST live in Scottsdale surrounding area or Seattle surrounding area.We are a small accounting firm with big things in the works, come grow with us! We are seeking a Bookkeeper with Construction & job costing experience to join our team! Quickbooks desktop experience is a must. Questionnaire to provide proof of experience will be required. Responsibilities & QualificationsAccounts payable/Accounts Receivable: Bill.com experience preferredJob Costing using cost costs (We use CSI codes)Payroll Experience: We use gustoAssist in resolving problems. example: getting login access for payroll taxesDropbox experience (preferred/ optional)BuilderTrend experience (preferred/ optional)W9, 1099, W2Must have organizational skills including managing their schedule & google conference meetingsBe reliable & work during time they dedicate and communicateMust have communication skills and understanding of construction termsMust have own home office set up with computer & reliable internetAble to self manage work & time management per working remoteAvailable for weekly team meetings on Wednesday. Wednesdays are non-negotiable, must be available and working.Can commit to 4 weekdays per week, usually 6 hours each day with an hour lunch, during business hoursJob Type: 18-32 hrs a week with intent for full time but negotiable, W2 or 1099 Option.Pay: $25.00-$30.00 /hour depending on experience – intro rate will be assessed with review at 30 days.Job Type: Part-timePay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid trainingSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):Do you have reliable internet, computer and phone?Do you have experience with CONSTRUCTION accounting/bookkeeping in Quickbooks?Do you have another job and/or obligations during the work week business hours?
