CalPERS is situated near the Napa Valley, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and other desirable destinations, and we offer competitive benefit packages, compensation, and opportunities for advancement.Our Human Resources Division is currently seeking a Staff Services Manager I Specialist (Limited Term) to provide support to the Medical Management Section Leader by coordinating all onsite and offsite COVID-19 testing of the team members.Duties include but are not limited to: Coordinate the weekly COVID-19 testing for all team members subject to testing.Identify and resolve a broad range of day-to-day operational issues concerning sensitive and complex testing issues appropriately documenting program processes, effectively managing program controls to ensure compliance, and appropriately filing and retaining documents.Review all the of COVID-19 test results to ensure all the team members subject to testing has completed their weekly testing.Prepare, analyze, and maintain ad-hoc reports of the metrics of those reporting to weekly testing. This includes but is not limited to: the number of positive/negative test results, number of tests performed daily, and those who missed their appointments and need to be rescheduled.Consults with the vendor regarding the testing administration, process changes, and anticipated impacts to CalPERS. Monitor the weekly testing data to determine whether or not we need to increase or decrease the number of COVID-19 tested.Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $6,403.00 – $7,954.00 per monthBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
