As a Recruiter, you will be accountable for your own requisitions (predominantly in the Marketing space), shaping and driving the success of the account as a trusted advisor to the client. You will be expected to take ownership of the relationship with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to ensure an exceptional service is delivered. This exciting opportunity will be working from home* and a chance to join a rapidly expanding organization.Key Responsibilities: Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process by driving value and performance through the teams that support you in administration, sourcing and reporting.Design and deliver innovative resourcing strategies, and actively seek out fresh and original sourcing channels to meet client demand and to drive direct sourcing pipelinesResponsible for end-to-end recruitment process including initial shortlist telephone/video screening callsPartner with hiring managers to understand their business needs and support work-force planning with HR colleaguesBuild close links with the business and candidates alike up to senior level, delivering the highest level of advisory servicesComplete recruitment process administration – interview scheduling and offer processLiaise with HR and other internal functions for offer management and on-boarding supportRequirements: Experience in a recruiter role, directly managing requirements with Hiring Managers within the Marketing Industry (Marketing/Media Agency recruitment experience required)Demonstrable experience delivering against multiple concurrent requirements meeting agreed KPIs and SLAsExperience working with Senior stakeholders and candidates to deliver an exceptional serviceExperience in the use of recruitment databases, Applicants Tracking Systems and other technology e.g. LinkedIn RecruiterAn understanding of the demands of a Corporate Recruiter from an administrative perspectiveA creative mindset with a positive outlook to overcome challengesExperience working on client site or within an in-house recruitment team/RPO environment would be advantageousBenefits: 15 days PTOQuarterly BonusesCompany contributed healthcare benefitsProgression opportunities*We have offices in Orlando, Florida and Austin, Texas – if office based/hybrid is preferred we can support for these locations.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Recruiting: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
