Job Description : ob descriptionCruise Services Job DescriptionAssist guests with travel needs (e.g., answering inquiries, ticketing, and boarding cruises) in a fast-paced environment.Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.Uses organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time-period.Is self-motivated and requires minimal supervision.Proven great guest service skills.Professional appearance and attitude.Team player attitude.Promptly and effectively communicate all safety and security concerns seen in and around the cruise facility using two-way radio.Use security hand wand and X-Ray machines to efficiently screen individual guests as required.Performs other security duties as assigned.Follows internal/external policies and procedures.Work successfully with both a diverse team and guests.Responds and assists during security and emergency situations.Flexibility to work occasional extended hours, evening hours, and holidays.At the direction of management, may be assigned to perform duties of varying capacities to ensure complete guest satisfaction.Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Equivalent, relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education if approved by management.Previous experience in a customer-focused environment preferred.Must be 18 years of age or older.Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.Strong customer focus; treats all guests with respect and courtesy.Effective verbal communication skills; clear, respectful, and appropriate communication to all guests.
