Job Description : Core Home is proud to be the leader in fashion-focused home products since we started in 2009. We are looking for an Customer Order Specialist to join our growing Operations team to process new customer orders. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, thinks quickly and independently to solve problems. The perfect candidate can multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively in and out of their department.Responsibilities: · Enter and process orders received via email, web, EDI or customer portal· Same day processing of orders with a high degree of accuracy· Maintain backorder files for orders, including updating the customer and/or sales team on the order status· Handle communication with warehouse via phone, email or chat in a professional and courteous manner.· Allocate and transmit orders to the warehouse and follow up with executionSkills & Qualifications: · 1+ years of experience in EDI/Order Processing – receiving/transmitting and allocating orders· Knowledge of ERP systems a plus (focus on AMT)· Effective communication and interpersonal skills· Exceptional attention to detail and great organizational skills· Excellent written and oral communication skills· Data processing speed and accuracy· Working knowledge of MS Office with a focus on Excel· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Team playerBenefit Conditions:Only full-time employees eligibleCommunication method(s) used:EmailPhoneChatWork RemotelyTemporarily due to COVID-19Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: One location
