The Customer Service Assistant will have a wide range of responsibilities in order to support the day-to-day requirements of the business. Successful candidates will work as part of an 8-10 person customer service team to provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat. You will be at the forefront of building brand loyalty, assisting customers with program registrations, providing support for existing orders, and promoting our products & services wherever possible. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Maintain and update customer profiles and account information.
Assist customers with cancelations, refunds, and program switches.
Listen to customer issues and follow through to a resolution
Maintain a working knowledge of all USA Sport Group programs and services
Understand, uphold, and apply all company policies, terms, and conditions

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
Ability to deliver company philosophy and uphold customer service standards
Clear and friendly phone manner
Computer literate – especially Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent people skills with experience in customer service preferred
Flexible Contract Types Available
Part-time position
5-20 hours per week
Hours fluctuate depending upon the season
Weekday, weekend, and evening hours available.
This is a remote position, with the option to work at our Head Office located in Whitehouse, St, NJ
