Job Description : Under the guidance of the FASTSIGNS Franchisee, the Customer Service Manager (CSM) performs a wide range of duties related to staffing and personnel, inventory management, including production and installation scheduling, project planning, quality assurance and department personnel supervision. The CSM is responsible for the operational efficiency and performance of the center.TYPICAL DEMANDS
Ability to deal with a variety of emotions when making business decisions. Emotional maturity and stability needed.
Ability to handle several projects concurrently utilizing the full range of resources available.
Ability to resolve problems, handle conflict and resolve complex communication issues in a calm manner.
Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
