We built the best-in-class lottery distribution platform, to deliver a secure and contactless online experience to players.Up to 50% of all lottery ticket sales nationwide support various initiatives, and we are on a mission to increase funding for those causes, including: scholarships and educational programs, social services, pensions for firefighters, assistance programs for seniors, road maintenance, and much more.What’s the role?As a Customer Success Agent, you will report to our Customer Success Manager, and work on a variety of projects, supporting a best-in-class online platform. This is an entry-level position on a rapidly growing team, offering a chance to make an impact on the customer experience and grow the business.
