Experience :

1-2 yrs.
M. Sc
2-3 years experience in Customer Support in Diagnostic industry
Good Presentation Skills
Good command over English

Job Description :
Troubleshooting/ Solving customer’s queries like as applications, QC queries etc
Helping to our field staff (Junior team as well as Managers) for solving their queries at customer’s place, like as applications, QC queries etc
Giving training to the field team about technical aspects of our products & helping them in field to promote our products
Evaluate the defective reagents returned by the customer. Follow up with the QA/ QC team on identifying the reason/ fault for the same.
Going on field for solving the complaints
