Job Description : Responsibilities: Manage all data, processes, and documentation that support and empower the recruiting team to achieve hiring growth goalsAdvise the recruiting department of any enhancements/updates to the applicant tracking system as well as other technology-based tools to improve the candidate and internal customer experienceManages vendor relationships with LinkedIn, Indeed, and any additional talent vendor relationships to stay current with the product roadmap and quarterly releases by reviewing and recommending enhancements and new featuresQualifications2+ years of experience in data analysis/miningA degree(s) in economics, business analytics, information technology, business administration, or relevant field may be substitutedExperience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Bullhorn preferredProject or program management preferably in recruiting and specifically in process implementationsAdvanced level skill in Excel, Word, and PPTAbility to gather and clean data quickly and accurately execute analysis and reportsJob Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayApplication Question(s):How many years of data analysis/modeling experience do you have?Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:Advance Excel: 1 year (Required)Work Location: One location
