Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several source
Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
Explore the internet for information
Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product
Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
Audit reports and sheets of data
Review enrollment and renewal applications for processing
Communicate corrections and or more information via phone or email to members
Strong computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
General familiarity with Open Enrollment
Must have experience in Microsoft SharePoint
Expertise in customer service
Demonstrated knowledge of Document Review
Experience with Microsoft Office
Familiarity in Salesforce
Adeptness in Email Correspondence
Comprehensive knowledge of data entry
High typing accuracy
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask effectively
