-Or 5 yrs. trg. or 5 yrs. exp. in business administration, management or public administration.

-Or 1 yr. exp. as Program Administrator 2, 63123.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
Knowledge of: (1*) Agency Policy & Procedures (i.e., fiscal processes for payment systems, contracts and grants; rule writing and promulgation); (2*) Law & Government [e.g., JCARR; OBM Controlling Board) applicable federal and state law governing programs; (3) Customer & Personal Service; (4) Administration & Management; (5) Employee Training & Development; (6) Data Processing Systems; (7) Budgeting.

Skill in: (8) Active Learning; (9) Communication (e.g., active listening, oral, written); (10) Learning Strategies; (11) Critical Thinking / Judgment & Decision Making; (12) Systems Analysis/Evaluation; (13) Comprehension (e.g., oral, written, reading); (14) Equipment Operation (e.g., PC, printer); (15) Coordination; (16) Project Design (17) use of data bases;
Ability to: (18) Problem Sensitivity / Problem Solving; (19) Resource Management (e.g., time, material, financial).

Pay range for this classification is $33.69/hour ($70,075.20 annually).
The final applicant for this position will be required to submit urinalysis to test for illegal drug use prior to an appointment. The State will decline to extend a final offer of employment to any applicant with a verified positive test result. Also, an applicant with a positive test result will not be considered for any position with the State of Ohio for a period of one year.
