Your role
We are looking for individuals passionate about data, to work in a fast paced environment and execute processes that create, maintain data with accuracy and efficiency. Responsible for the lifecycle of the data through all stages – initial production, maintenance and ultimately removal where required. Has good awareness of automation tooling and techniques and proactively identifies and delivers optimisation opportunities that reduce the manual effort required to manage the data.

Key Responsibilities

Executes daily processes to fulfil data production and maintenanceIdentifies new workforce optimisation opportunities and delivers process improvements that increases the efficiency of data production
Good understanding of the underlying data model and can support / run data quality remediation programs to resolve specific issuesFaces off to internal consumers on point to point process related queriesProvides metrics that are used by the Data Producer Service Delivery Manager to represent the service to the Data Owner and Service OwnerIdentifies new opportunities for data quality improvement that are reviewed with the Data OwnerSupports / executes change activity where required and requested from the Service Manager

Ensure standard operating procedures are executed accuratelyNew workforce and data quality improvement ideas / execution
Timely and effective query resolution
Your expertise
Attention to detail and ability to accurately execute standard operating procedures
Good understanding of the underlying data model that you are responsibility forUnderstands how reference data impacts downstream functions, processes and the client
Curious mindset and experience of self-identifying problems and automation opportunities
Ability to partner with different stakeholders and support or deliver small change initiativesSelf-learner who acquires knowledge through experience and exposure that the role providesTakes pride in the outcome and is able to adapt to changesExperience with Digital toolsets such as Alteryx, Robotics is a plus
