Job Description : Job descriptionInventory support team member. Looking for a responsible and reliable person who communicates great to join our team. Directly responsible for helping get our vehicle inventory ready in a fast and effective manner working with vendors and sales managers across three stores to coordinate. This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast growing auto group of companies. We reward and look for hard-working, dedicated team members. This job is to support our inventory and sales teams. You will be directly reporting to our sales manager. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Full training is available and you will be compensated during training.Duties includeKeep a master list of all units on location and what their ready-for-market status is.Check all inventory on the lot daily ensuring readiness.Photograph and upload all ready-for-market inventory to our online channels.Keep a master list of all units not-ready for market, who is doing what on them, what vendors are involved, how many days they have been not-ready, who to follow up with and how they can help ensure not one day goes by unproductively for each unit.Ask store managers daily about the updates of non-ready cars and any needs to help get them ready.Drive units to next recon place ensuring a unit never sits unproductive for more than one day.Will drive cycle cars that need it including taking cars home.Help store managers prepare to propose recon plans for approval by getting bids and status updates from vendors.Qualifications includeVery good communication skills understanding how to consolidate information into concise and accurate proposals for company management to make decisions by.A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.A good working knowledge of basic vehicle needs. Will train.An ability to self start every day refiguring all progress and mapping out a daily planBasic computing skills including camera, data entry, system upkeep, and browsing.Typing speed must be a minimum of 20wpmAbility to pass a background check from the State of Utah.New team members will receive a $1000 sign-on bonus!Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountSupplemental Pay:Signing bonusWork Location: Multiple Locations
