Job Description : ARC Couriers is connected to the Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) program.Here at ARC Couriers, the company motto is “Focus on service excellence”Drivers make $17.25 per hourTop 5 driver bonus of $50 can qualify as many times as able to, announced weekly in company chat.Rescue bonus $1 per package Delivered of someone else’s ( as long as your on a standard route, conditions apply)PTO & UPT which can be used after 90 day probation (as long as we aren’t in a black out period)NO TIME OFF REQUEST ALLOWED FOR FIRST 90 DAYS, NO EXCEPTIONS!Approximate hours are 10:30 am – 9:00 pm (May vary an hour on either side of those times). Must be willing to work weekends.We need people who are reliable, quick, and ready to work every day. Ideal candidates are energetic, positive, and have a raise the bar attitude. Successful drivers put safety first, are team players, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. Personal integrity is also highly valued by our company. Drivers will have the unique opportunity to drive new and outfitted 2018-2019 Mercedes Benz Sprinter.Qualifications Desired: ARC Couriers LLC desires professionals that are customer-service focused, safety conscientious, and able to adapt to constantly changing work processes for the benefit of our customers.GPS software will direct you where to go (stop by stop) and a CDL is not required.Lots of opportunity to grow within the company as well, to include possible financial incentives based on performance once established as a solid Driver Associate. There will also be paid training and initial reduced-package training routes.All hired team members are required to attend the training class (paid) before being authorized to commence Training Routes. Employees can only be cleared for Training once they are fully on-boarded (Completed all required on-boarding steps).Please plan on spending a full workday on-site, per Training Day.Other requirements:We work in ALL weather conditions and go until our route is done.Be able to adapt to an ever changing environmentMust be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.), get in and out of a van quickly throughout the day (up to 150+ times)Comfortable driving a large, automatic-transmission delivery van in all weather conditions. Mental toughness matters and is a core characteristic of our Couriers.Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver’s License, Have Access to Dependable Transportation (Must show up for all shifts in all weather conditions), and be Legally Authorized to Work for Any Employer in the United States.We hire professionals from all occupations. Candidates with military, manufacturing, and customer service experience tend to excel in this position. Formal education, or lack thereof, is not a deal breaker for us.
