Job Description : FedEx Contractor looking for hard-working, motivated individuals (Barrington, NJ)FedEx Ground Contractor is now looking to hire full time package delivery drivers. This is a non-CDL position. We are looking for responsible, reliable, and hard-working individuals. If that’s you, apply online today! We would love to have you as part of our team.OUR DRIVERS ENJOY:· We are a 7-day operation. Work and days off will vary· Training pay at $150/day· Paid every Friday!· Uniforms provided· Health Insurance after 90 days· 1 week paid time off program after 90 days· Bonus Program after 90 days if all requirements are met· Potential weekly earnings $750-$1,500 (hard workers make serious money!)JOB DESCRIPTION· Arrive to work on time· Load your truck with packages to go out for delivery daily· Possibility of appointment stops, pick ups, and evening deliveries· Perform all duties with safety as your top priority. We do not employ unsafe drivers.· Day is complete when all packages are delivered. If you do not deliver all of your packages you will be fired immediately, no second chances.REQUIREMENTS· MUST be 21 years old or older· 1 year PROFESSIONAL driving experience in the past 3 years· NO reckless or aggressive driving (such as 15MPH+ over speed limit, operating vehicle at 80MPH+)· Must be able to keeps a clean driving record throughout employment· Must pass a criminal background check· Must pass a drug screening· Must pass a Department of Transportation physical· MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE & WORK SAFE. We give ZERO warnings or second chances!· Must be professional at all times and have excellent customer service· Must participate in the company’s continued education safety programCOMPENSATION:· This is a piece work job: You will be paid for each stop you complete (hard workers make money!
