This is a multi-tasking, front desk receptionist for our busy dental office located in Wyomissing area.This job is a full time position with an excellent benefit package.BENEFITS INCLUDE: PAID TIME OFF, PAID SICK DAYS, BONUS INCENTIVE AND MEDICAL BENEFITS!!!!!!!Applicant should be knowledgeable in:DentrixVerifying insurance and patient eligibilityScheduling appointmentsExcellent communication skills-thorough is a mustExperience Preferred but not RequiredResponsibilities included (but not limited to):Customer service, acknowledges, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissalRespond to patient questions and or concerns according to company policiesAnswering telephones and emailsScheduling appointmentsConfirming appointmentsMaintaining appointment bookFollow up on no show/cancellations of appointmentsCash handlingChecking voicemail on a daily basisMaintaining a clean and friendly waiting area for patientsRate of Pay: 15.00 – 19.00 Based on experienceJob Type: Full-time
